The foam asphalt warm-mix technology adopts an automatic control modular structure for asphalt foaming. The patented multi-angle directional concentrated injection and orthogonal turbulent flow technology in the foaming tube ensures instantaneous and complete foaming of the asphalt. The foam asphalt warm-mix has the following advantages:

Reduces asphalt aging and improves working environment: The lower mixing temperature of foam asphalt warm-mix effectively reduces asphalt aging and minimizes the emission of harmful gases like greenhouse gases and asphalt fumes, greatly improving the production and construction environment.

Lowers production costs: The production temperature of foam asphalt warm-mix is 20–30°C lower than that of hot mix asphalt. The stone heating temperature is also significantly reduced, leading to energy savings of over 30%. The production cost per ton of mix can be reduced by approximately 10 yuan.

Meets technical specifications: Foam asphalt warm-mix is easy to mix and compact evenly, with good operability, fully meeting the technical requirements for hot mix asphalt as specified in the "Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Technical Specifications" (JTG F40-2004).

Extends the construction season and increases flexibility and convenience in asphalt paving: This technology allows for longer working seasons and more flexibility in paving operations.

Increases the service life of asphalt mixing equipment and reduces operational costs: The adoption of foam asphalt warm-mix technology helps extend the lifespan of mixing equipment and lowers maintenance and operational costs.

In 1952, the Second Construction Company of the Northeast Engineering Management Bureau of the Ministry of Construction was established in Shenyang.
In 1966, the company was reorganized into the 207th Construction Engineering Regiment, 7th Squadron, as part of military reforms.
In 1971, the Construction Engineering Regiment's 21st Detachment repair squad was set up at the Nanyang Food Bureau’s vehicle team garage.

In 1989, the first set of asphalt mixing plant was successfully applied in Shandong.
In 1992, China’s first asphalt mixing plant with a coal powder burner was launched, obtaining a national patent.
In 1994, the company successfully developed and launched its first 60t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 1998, the first mobile stabilized soil mixing plant and the LJ1500 asphalt concrete mixing plant were successfully developed.
In 1999, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications Highway Research Institute, the company developed and launched the 160t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 2002, the company developed and launched its first 240t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.

In 2019, Yalong supported Wuhan Tianhe International Airport's Runway 1, completing the task in 14 days with two 400t/h AMP.

In 2020, Yalong hosted the 11th China Asphalt Mixing Plant Industry Summit.

In 2021, Yalong launched the BS series flexible stripping and screening equipment for recycled asphalt, marking a significant development in sustainable construction practices.
