Brand Development History

In 1952, the Second Construction Company of the Northeast Engineering Management Bureau of the Ministry of Construction was established in Shenyang.
In 1966, the company was reorganized into the 207th Construction Engineering Regiment, 7th Squadron, as part of military reforms.
In 1971, the Construction Engineering Regiment's 21st Detachment repair squad was set up at the Nanyang Food Bureau’s vehicle team garage.
In 1981, the repair squad was renamed the repair factory.
In 1983, the repair factory was restructured as the fourth construction engineering company of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1984, it was renamed the Repair Factory of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1987, it was renamed the Machinery Factory of China Construction No. 7 Bureau.
In 1989, the first set of asphalt mixing plant was successfully applied in Shandong.
In 1992, China’s first asphalt mixing plant with a coal powder burner was launched, obtaining a national patent.
In 1994, the company successfully developed and launched its first 60t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 1998, the first mobile stabilized soil mixing plant and the LJ1500 asphalt concrete mixing plant were successfully developed.
In 1999, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications Highway Research Institute, the company developed and launched the 160t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 2002, the company developed and launched its first 240t/h forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant.
In 2004, Yalong’s asphalt mixing plant was awarded the "Henan Province Quality Product" honor.
In 2005, the company restructured and officially established Nanyang Yalong Road Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Henan Yalong Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., established from the former China National Construction Engineering Corporation No. 7 Machinery Factory, is a leading manufacturer specializing in road construction machinery. With nearly 50 years of military manufacturing history, the company is a key member of the Road Construction and Maintenance Machinery Branch of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association and participates in setting industry standards.

Yalong primarily develops large-scale equipment, including asphalt mixing plant and recycled AMP, stabilized soil mixing plant, and cement concrete mixers. It was among the first in China to produce Eco-friendly urban asphalt mixing plant and integrated asphalt recycled plant. The company has contributed to several national standards and holds over 40 patents.

In 2011, Yalong was recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise."

In 2012, the RAP series recyclec asphalt plant was successfully introduced to the market.

In 2013, Yalong’s Forced Intermittent Asphalt Mixing Plant earned the titles of "Henan Province Famous Brand" and "Top Ten Most Noticed Asphalt Mixing Plant in China."

In 2014, Yalong was awarded the "China Road Machinery Excellence Brand." The company developed urban eco-friendly asphalt mixing equipment and multi-fuel burners. Sales of asphalt mixing plant surpassed 1,000 units, and its warm-mix recycled plant and foaming system were granted national patents.

In 2015, Yalong launched a multifunctional drying drum and successfully developed fuel burners and step-mixing stabilized soil plant.

In 2016, the Yalong trademark was recognized as a "Henan Province Famous Trademark." The company also developed gas burners and eco-friendly asphalt mixing plant.

In 2016, Yalong’s integrated asphalt mixing equipment was introduced, and a joint technical conference was held with Chang'an University and industry leaders. Yalong participated in revising standards for AMP and RAP.

In 2017, Yalong’s large-scale AMP was deployed for the Pakistan PKM Expressway project in support of the Belt and Road Initiative.

In 2018, Yalong supplied over 20 sets of AMPs and stabilized soil mixing plants for road infrastructure projects in Myanmar and Tanzania.

In 2018, Yalong’s reverse flow heating AMP was launched and applied in several regions. Yalong also contributed to drafting the "Environmental Emission Limits for Asphalt Mixing Plant" standard.

In 2019, Yalong supported Wuhan Tianhe International Airport's Runway 1, completing the task in 14 days with two 400t/h AMP.

In 2020, Yalong hosted the 11th China Asphalt Mixing Plant Industry Summit.

In 2021, Yalong launched the BS series flexible stripping and screening equipment for recycled asphalt, marking a significant development in sustainable construction practices.
