Product information

The high-temperature reheater is located at the high-pressure cylinder stage of the steam turbine, where it reheats the medium-temperature and medium-pressure steam discharged from the high-pressure cylinder. The reheating temperature in the high-temperature reheater is higher, which can further increase the steam temperature and pressure. With the reheating effect of the high-temperature reheater, the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine can be further improved, and the energy utilization rate is also higher.

Determination of Blast Furnace Gas Volume for Power Generation Using Excess Blast Furnace Gas:

Blast Furnace Volume: 450 m³;
Blast Furnace Air Flow Rate: ~1600 m³/min;
Blast Furnace Gas Volume: 1600 × 1.3 = 2080 m³/min, equivalent to 124,800 m³/h;
Gas Consumption for Hot Blast Stoves: ~54,000 m³/h;
Calorific Value of Gas: 780-800 kcal/m³ (without oxygen enrichment);
Usable Gas Volume: 70,800 m³/h.

Determination of Power Generation Using Excess Blast Furnace Gas:

Steam Grade: High-temperature and High-pressure (9.81 MPa, 540°C);
Steam Turbine: 20 MW;
Generator: 22 MW;
Actual Power Generation: 19,135 kW.

Scope of Work for Power Generation Using Excess Blast Furnace Gas:

(1) Blast Furnace Gas Power Generation:
1 × 75 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure reheating gas-fired boiler;
1 × 20 MW high-temperature and high-pressure fully condensing steam turbine paired with 1 × 22 MW generator;

(2) Public Auxiliary Facilities and Others:
Counterflow fiberglass reinforced plastic cooling tower circulation water system;
Chemical demineralized water system supporting the unit;
Electrical system supporting the unit;
Instrumentation and thermal control system supporting the unit;
Civil engineering, wastewater reuse, and utility systems supporting the unit;
Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system supporting the unit;
Related supporting energy medium pipeline facilities.
