Product information
This production line is based on the previous multifunctional geomembrane production, and a set of spraying roughening device is added to meet the requirements of producing spraying roughened geomembrane.
At present, the production of roughened geomembrane usually includes spinning roughening method, nitrogen filling roughening method, and embossing roller calendering method. Among them, the spinning roughening method belongs to secondary molding, which is a method of spraying molten plastic filaments on the surface of the geomembrane to be roughened by special plastic spraying equipment, and then cooling to obtain a rough geomembrane. The advantages of this production method are as follows:
1. Compared with the nitrogen filling roughening method, it will not form bubbles or holes on the surface or inside of the geomembrane, thereby reducing the quality indicators of the geomembrane.
2. Compared with the embossing roller calendering method, the equipment investment is relatively small, the processing cycle is short, and the surface of the rough geomembrane produced by the calendering method is uniform and smooth.
3. Since the spinning roughening method is a secondary roughening after the production of the geomembrane, the raw material requirements for the production of the geomembrane are loose. Moreover, for manufacturers with either film blowing equipment or calendering equipment, rough geomembrane can be produced without equipment modification.
4. Spinning roughening method is suitable for producing rough geomembranes of different thicknesses.
Currently on the market, the roughening geomembrane spraying process is the most material-saving and in-line production process.
