Brief introduction:

material or virgin material and recycled material, that are both available, produces embossed film, frosted film,and clear film.This line are featured
with high plasticizing,easy-operation,durability,power-saving, which is modified and designed, based on the years' experience from the casting
film manufacturing and the production experience from customers' factories, combining with the advanced overseas technology.

Feature of the casting film production line:
1. The machine control is integrated by PLC system with parameter setting, data transmission and feedback and alarm etc.
2. With double-station automatic winder and tension control system.Automatic recycle system for collecting and recycle the cut off film,Automatic cutting knife, Automatic roll changing for safe and convenient operation.
3. The installation of swing system on the subsidiary machine can enhance the evenness and appearance of the film rolls which makes the products more competitive.
4.The auxiliary machine can be equipped with a film thickness gauge and corona treatment machine according to customers' requirements.
5. The machine can be configured with Mikro synchronous control system to fully automatically control the G/SM of film and online remote diagnostic system.
