This machine adopts cast film extrusion technology, and extrudes LDPE, LLDPE, EVA or PP and other raw materials through heating, calendering and cooling, and then winding up. It is a complete set of equipment (composite equipment with other materials can be customized). It can be single-sided lamination or double-sided lamination with dual hosts.

Features of the production line
1. The whole machine adopts PLC centralized control to realize the automatic control of parameter setting, data calculation, feedback, alarm and other functions;
2. Combining with foreign advanced structures, it adopts T+S type, pneumatic roll changing method, magnetic powder tension control unwinding, mechanical or gas-hydraulic correction, easy to operate and maintain, and rewinding adopts variable frequency motor automatic control.
3. The width of the equipment can reach 4 meters.
4. The production line has multiple uses, which can produce both lamination and cast film.
5. This production line can be equipped with a meter-weight synchronous control system to fully automatically control the weight of the film, reduce manual intervention, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
6. This production line can be equipped with a remote online diagnostic service system, which can more quickly and conveniently discover and solve problems in equipment production.
