Product information
This machine adopts cast extrusion technology to extrude raw materials such as PE, EVA, TPR or PP through heating, and then composites them with EVA foaming materials, wire loops and other base materials. After cooling, pulling and winding, it is a complete set of equipment (composite equipment with other materials can be customized).
The coating surface can be made into various patterns according to customer requirements.
Process flow: substrate unwinding → die extrusion → calendering table compounding → trimming → traction → rewinding or slicing.
Production line features:
1. The whole machine adopts PLC centralized control to realize parameter setting, data calculation, feedback, alarm and other functions of automatic control;
2. Combining with foreign advanced structure, it adopts T+S type, pneumatic reel changing method, magnetic powder tension control unwinding, mechanical or gas-hydraulic correction, easy to operate and maintain, and rewinding adopts variable frequency motor automatic control.
3. This production line can realize lamination and lamination of large-width non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, films, soft films, impregnated fabrics, spunlace non-woven fabrics, synthetic materials and other materials.
4. The production line has multiple uses, which can produce both lamination and cast film.
5. This production line can be equipped with a synchronous control system of rice gram weight, which can fully automatically control the weight of the film, reduce manual intervention, and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
6. This production line can be equipped with a remote online diagnosis service system, which can more quickly and conveniently discover and solve problems in equipment production.
