Product information
This production line uses LLDPE, LDPE, PP and other granular materials as raw materials. The raw materials are plasticized and melted through an extruder, and then extruded from a T-shaped structure mold. It is equipped with a silicone roller, an embossing roller, and a mirror roller. After cooling, side thickness, corona, traction, and trimming, it is rolled up. Both embossed film and transparent film can be produced on the same equipment. One machine has multiple uses and saves costs.
This production line uses a hydraulic screen changer and an efficient cooling roller to ensure the film shaping effect. The edge material is directly recycled online, the double-station turntable is rolled up, and the roll is automatically changed. It can be equipped with a fully automatic thickness gauge, corona treatment machine, etc. according to requirements.

Features of the production line
1. Different widths, thicknesses, outputs, patterns, etc. can be configured according to requirements.
2. The whole machine adopts PLC centralized control to realize automatic control of parameter setting, data calculation, feedback, alarm and other functions;
3. The double-station automatic winding device is equipped with a winding tension control unit, and the tension measurement control is accurate, stable and reliable.
4. The auxiliary machine is equipped with a swing device to improve the flatness and appearance quality of the coil, making the product more competitive.
