This calender technclogy has advantages as follows:

•Highly elastic nylon sleeves rotate freely, stationary shaft with two rows of pressing piston units. Adjustnip pressure step less according to fabric width.

•Equip hydraulic retracting device into the nylonsleeve, Ensure quick pressure relief by support partsin both sides of shaft to prevent edges overheating.

•All sleeves rotate on an oil film according to thetechnology of one hydrostatic bearing: no sealingproblem and no oil leakage.

•The uniformity of thickness and gloss are much better than normal fixed crown calender.

•Withstand higher steel roller temperature and higherlinear speed.

•Compensate hydraulic deflection, adjust linear pressure step less setting from 50-300 N/mm.
