The ECONOMICA cold rolling dyeing machine is a machine specifically designed for cold rolling batch reactive dyeing of knitted cotton fabrics. Using Gaole ECONOMICA for cold pile reactive dyeing of fabrics, less than 1 liter of dye solution is required for 1 kilogram of fabric, making it the most economical and water-saving dyeing technology.
ECONOMICA adopts the same design principle as the hydraulic roller for the arc variable control roller. Through the roller adjustment equipped with a centering device, a dual pressure system, a roller with hydraulic action inside, and a rod shaft end that applies air pressure, the arc variable control roller can achieve uniform dyeing on the left, middle, and right sides of the fabric under different pressures. The large diameter guide roller above the arc control roller ensures that the knitted fabric is transported and dyed under low tension. In addition, the use of Thermplate technology for insulation and cooling design ensures that the dye residue can be stably maintained at the set temperature during high or low temperature processes.
By relying on a precise batching system (alkali and dye), an innovatively designed liquid carrying mechanism, advanced low tension control technology, and accurate and consistent liquid carrying and linear uniform pressure provided by the arc variable control roller, ECONOMICA can provide uniform dyeing effect for knitted fabrics while achieving lower machine tension and effectively avoiding wrinkling and weft skew problems.
