1. Product Overview
Multi channel molecular sieve membrane is a dense thin film formed by the cross-linking and growth of zeolite molecular sieve crystals on a multi-channel ceramic carrier, with a membrane thickness of 5-10 microns. The multi-channel molecular sieve membrane product (membrane element) has 19~61 channels, which can significantly increase the membrane packing density and reduce the footprint compared to conventional tubular molecular sieve membrane products. Multi channel molecular sieve membrane low-carbon hydrocarbon isomer separation technology utilizes the differences in adsorption diffusion rate, molecular size, and molecular shape of low-carbon hydrocarbon isomer molecules (such as n-butane/isobutane, n-pentane/isopentane) in membrane pores, and uses the partial pressure difference of components on both sides of the membrane as a driving force to achieve efficient separation of low-carbon hydrocarbons. The separation process has the characteristics of high separation efficiency and low separation energy consumption. This product can be used for the separation and purification of low-carbon hydrocarbon mixtures in the petrochemical and refining industries.
2. Product Features
The packing density reaches 440 m2/m3, which is more than 6 times that of tubular molecular sieve membrane;
The sealing components are reduced by 90% compared to tubular membranes, and the mechanical strength is increased by one order of magnitude compared to tubular membranes;
Accurate screening at the molecular scale, with high permeation rate and selectivity;
Suitable for separating mixtures of various isomers such as C4 and C5.
3. Technical advantages/specifications and models
Efficient and energy-saving, separating n-butane/isobutane system, which can save more than 65% energy compared to heat pump distillation technology;
The purity of isobutane can reach over 98%, and there are no other components added during the separation process, making it environmentally friendly;
The separation equipment has a compact structure, small footprint, simple operation, and easy installation and maintenance.
There are currently no similar separation membrane products in the market, and this product has a lifespan of over 5 years.
