1. Product Overview

A ceramic ultrafiltration membrane with small pore size and narrow distribution has been developed to meet the separation and purification process requirements in the fields of biotechnology, medicine, and food. The minimum pore size is 2nm, which can achieve complete retention of large molecular proteins, peptides, polysaccharides, and other components. By integrating organic membrane, resin, chromatography and other separation technologies, it has been successfully applied to products such as amino acids, peptides, nucleotides, flavonoids, etc.

Founded on February 23, 2011, Nanjing Membrane Materials Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a research institution relying on the construction of the National Key Laboratory of Materials Chemistry Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology, and is also an independent legal entity of the Membrane Science and Technology Research Institute, one of the first professional research institutes of Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute. In order to achieve rapid transfer and transformation of achievements, the company has established a national science and technology enterprise incubator and a national professional maker space, built a professional first-class engineering research and development platform, and formed an integrated achievement transformation model of professional research institute+incubator. At present, it has a total building area of 140000 square meters for research and development carriers. It has built a complete research and development test center, membrane material production workshop, equipment manufacturing workshop, etc., around membrane separation materials and processes facing different processes, relying on the membrane science and technology industrial park.

Through the systematic research on the design, preparation and application of membrane materials, the company has made breakthroughs in the preparation of high-performance membrane materials and the development of key application technologies, forming landmark achievements, making the membrane material preparation technology reach the international advanced technical level, and driving the overall improvement of the technical level of related industries through the application of key technologies and complete sets of equipment.
