The DOS&DYE"COMPACT is a completely automatedsystem for managing and performing laboratory dyeingtests. This special system, suitable for performinglaboratory sampling, consists of a machine for theautomatic dispensing of dyestuff and chemic al productsolutions (choice of number of models:Dosorama v-W-WSl, used in combination with one ormore dyeing unit modules of the TURBODYE type.Each module consists of 8 TURBODYE dyeing units, aDosorama dispensing machine can manage up to 3modules, making a total of 24 TURBODYE UnitS.
These dyeing units have been studied and developed byTECNORAMA to obtain dyeing results that are as closeas possible to actual production, i.e. capable of generatingthe closest correlation between laboratory results anothose obtained in full-scale production.
The forced circulation of the bath is obtained by amagnetealturbine.Each TURBODYE unit works independently, Heating.cooling, drain, machine opening and closure, water.dyestuff and chemical product supply opcrations are allcompletehy automatic and handled separatehy by a specialsoftvvare installed on the ceniralized PCDifferent work schedules and thus be carried out in thevarious dyeing units, just as for industrial production, andthe antire work cycle can be followad stap-by-stap, witfthe possibilityof checking all phases of the dyeing cycleeven after many days, via the history fle,which containsall processes informaton performed by each dyeing un tEach module has a parking unit where samples to be dyedand those already dyed are stored in upto 40 containersA robotized system loads and unloads samples from theparking places in the dying un't and vice versa. In otheiwords, the 0OS&DYE COMPACT system workscompletelyindependenthy, cach modu'e can automaticalyperform up to 40 different dyeing operations withoutrequiring any outside manual intervention.
It is possible to dye all known textile fibres in all theirforms, flock, yarn, fabric, carpets, etc, and perform allknown dying schedules from 20'c to 140'c.
