The design of the machine tool components has significant advantages. Pre-tensioned and double-anchored ball screws (X, Y, Z) are used, with both ends of the ball screws pre-stretched and fixed to minimize thermal expansion. It is suitable for heavy-duty processing and has good precision retention. The power tool turret has 12 positions and is of BMT75 type, with strong hydraulic clamping force, high spindle speed for rotating tools, and excellent milling capacity, precision and cutting force. The three-piece Curvic coupling has a diameter of Ø253 (9.96 inches) and a torque of 82.5kN (at 45bar).
