     Our company produces large-size spiral bevel gears that are widely used in various products such as bevel gear shafts for rotary tillers, gearbox gears for tractors, front axle gears for tractors, rear axle gears for tractors, and engineering machinery gears. The primary customer base includes agricultural machinery enterprises, construction machinery enterprises, and higher education institutions. Our products are sold domestically to nearly 20 provinces, including Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, as well as internationally to countries such as Japan and Italy.  

     The large-size spiral bevel gears manufactured by our company are core basic components in China's national industrial "Five Fundamentals" initiative, filling the technological gap in near-net-shape forming of precision large-size spiral bevel gears. They have been successfully integrated into major enterprises such as First Tractor Co., Ltd., Kubota (Suzhou) Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd., and Jiangling Motors Group, reducing China's reliance on imported high-end large-size spiral bevel gears.  

     We have launched a series of high-quality products represented by "large-size spiral bevel gears," mastering international leadership in key technologies such as metal plastic flow and tooth profile filling during the forming process, warm-cold and hot-cold forging precision forming, and precision refinement after hot or warm forging of spiral bevel gears. We have established precision forming design and accuracy control methods, equipped all production lines with high-precision advanced equipment, and enhanced intelligent manufacturing capabilities, achieving gear machining accuracy of 0.001mm—setting a new benchmark in the gear manufacturing industry.  

     By replacing pre-heat-treatment gear milling with a hot forging-cold extrusion composite forming process, gear manufacturing efficiency has increased by 48%, material utilization has improved by 15%, and fatigue life has extended by 50%. This innovation has opened up a new green, fatigue-resistant manufacturing technology field for large-size spiral bevel gears, preliminarily realizing import substitution of core components for high-horsepower tractor transmission systems.  

     The precision forming technology for large-size spiral bevel gears is primarily applied in the transmission systems of heavy-duty vehicles, medium and large tractors, and engineering machinery, owing to its suitability for heavy loads and cost-effective mass production.
