The newly developed intelligent KYN28-12 (GZSI-12) armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear by our company is an innovative indoor switchgear designed with reference to Swiss ABB's medium-voltage switching technology, incorporating the advantages of similar domestic and international products. It is suitable for three-phase AC power distribution systems with rated voltages of 3–12 kV and rated frequencies of 50–60 Hz, including single-bus or single-bus segmented configurations. Serving as the core of power transmission and distribution for substations, power plants, industrial and mining enterprises, airports, data centers, and other facilities, it receives and distributes electrical energy while enabling remote control and monitoring.  

The KYN28-12 product adopts a traditional middle-mounted structure. The enclosure is made from imported numerical control plates processed by CNC machines, manufactured according to international standardization standards, and assembled with bolted steel connections for easy installation, uniform dimensions, and on-site interchangeability, ensuring convenient maintenance. The product configuration includes:  

- **Main Circuit**: Equipped with a VJG-T vacuum circuit breaker (produced by Jiangsu Senyuan, featuring high breaking capacity and low current load, paired with an electric propulsion chassis and modular operating mechanism). Alternatively, internationally renowned products such as ABB's VD4 vacuum circuit breaker can be selected as the main switch per customer requirements, combined with high-precision, high-capacity current (voltage) transformers and grounding switches (with electric operation functionality).  

- **Secondary Circuit**: Includes microcomputer protection devices, wireless temperature measurement devices (with 9-point or 6-point temperature sensing), intelligent control devices, and other smart electronic secondary components.  

- **Intelligent Monitoring System**: Industrial all-in-one computers and multi-touch screen devices.  

The intelligent KYN28-12 (GZSI-12) armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear integrates microcomputer protection devices, wireless temperature measurement systems, intelligent control units, and other smart electronic components with the main circuit through industrial all-in-one computers and multi-touch screens. This achieves comprehensive sensor coverage, enabling real-time monitoring of the switchgear's operational status, including efficiency, temperature, aging, and faults, thereby preemptively identifying risks to ensure equipment and personnel safety. Additionally, it establishes reliable signal transmission with central control rooms and data centers, realizing remote control, telemetry, communication, and regulation ("four remote" functions) of the power system. Users can also perform remote operations, monitor, and adjust power usage via backend systems, computers, or mobile devices anytime, anywhere, enabling human-machine interaction and unattended operation.
