The T300 Box Culvert Inspection Robot comprises a crawler, cable reel, and control terminal. Equipped with a novel caterpillar tread structure and detachable front/rear swing arms, the crawler achieves versatile postures. Designed for environments where conventional CCTV inspection robots cannot operate—such as pipelines with silt, standing water, steep slopes, deep trenches, high steps, continuous bends (≥DN400mm)—it is suitable for municipal drainage pipes, box culverts, culverts, and rivers. Featuring modular design and strong expandability, it can simultaneously carry pipe scanners, panoramic lenses, and other modules for comprehensive inspection. This enables precise quantification of pipe defects, providing actionable data for pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation.
