8. After-sales service: The whole machine is repaired for one year, except for wearing parts: lifelong technical support. During the warranty period, the buyer shall regularly inspect and maintain the machine according to the instruction manual or the equipment self-inspection requirements provided by the seller. If there are any problems with the equipment during the warranty period (except for wearing parts and programming problems, etc.), the seller will respond within 2 hours. If the problem is caused by tooling or workpieces, the seller is not responsible for warranty. If the seller is required to assist in on-site debugging or after-sales service, the seller will charge a fee and the buyer will bear the round-trip travel expenses and accommodation.
