8. After-sales service: The whole machine is under warranty for one year, excluding wearing parts: lifelong technical support. During the warranty period, the buyer shall regularly inspect and maintain the machine according to the instruction manual or the equipment self-inspection requirements provided by the seller. If there is a problem with the equipment during the warranty period (excluding wearing parts and programming problems, etc.), the seller shall respond within 2 hours. If the problem is caused by tooling or workpieces, the seller is not responsible for warranty. If the seller is required to assist in on-site debugging or after-sales service, the seller will charge a fee and the buyer shall bear the round-trip travel expenses and accommodation.
