When your air pressure is 0.2--0.5Mpa, choosing a conventional 0.7Mpa air compressor will cause power waste. Choosing a medium and low pressure air compressor can greatly increase the gas production of compressed air under the same motor power. Correspondingly, you can save electricity by 20 - 50%.
If you buy a machine with a 0.7Mpa and the actual pressure is 0.3Mpa, its working process is usually like this: the screw main engine first compresses the air to 0.7Mpa, and then reduces the pressure to 0.3Mpa through a pressure reducing valve and other means. In other words, you are using a pressure of 0.3Mpa and you are experiencing a power consumption of 0.7Mpa.

- While ensuring normal production, reduce the exhaust pressure of the air compressor as much as possible. For every 1 bar lower the pressure, the energy is saved by about 7 - 10%.
- Permanent magnet motors save more than 10% energy than ordinary motors. Permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors can achieve constant voltage output, will not cause waste of pressure difference, do not need to be loaded and unloaded frequently, and save more than 30% energy than ordinary air compressors.
- Centralized linkage control of air compressors can avoid the stepped exhaust pressure increase caused by setting parameters of multiple air compressors, resulting in waste of output air energy.
- The internal temperature of the air compressor station is higher than that of the outdoor air, so outdoor gas production can be carried out, equipment maintenance and cleaning, oil quality can be maintained, and the heat dissipation effect of the air compressor can all play a role in reducing energy loss.
- Air compressor waste heat recovery equipment absorbs air compressor waste heat to heat cold water without additional energy consumption. It mainly solves problems such as domestic and industrial hot water, saving a lot of energy for enterprises.

According to the user's operating pressure, the internal compression ratio is automatically adjusted to maintain good specific power (energy efficiency) within the exhaust pressure range of 0.2~0.5Mpa. Forced lubrication by oil pumps ensures sufficient injection volume and appropriate oil-gas mixture ratio even at low exhaust pressures.
