Salt vibrating fluidized bed dryer
Working principle
The salt vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a very successful modified fluidized bed. It is a fluidized bed supported on a set of springs and powered by a vibrating motor. The bulk materials fed into the dryer are thrown towards the outlet end and conveyed towards the outlet VI end under the action of the excitation force on the perforated plate. Hot air is blown in from under the perforated plate, passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the moisture vaporized from the material to be discharged through the exhaust port, thus drying the material. Due to the mechanical vibration of the material in the vibrating fluidized bed, it is in a state of motion. Only an appropriate amount of hot air needs to be blown in to achieve dynamic drying, thus resulting in high thermal efficiency and uniform drying of the material.

Characteristics
The object is heated evenly, with sufficient heat exchange and high drying intensity.
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which operates smoothly and is convenient for maintenance.
3. The fluidization is uniform, without dead voids or blow-through phenomena, and products that are uniformly dried, cooled and humidified can be obtained.
4. It has good adjustability, wide adaptability, and the thickness of the material layer, the moving speed inside the machine, and the full amplitude change can all be adjusted steplessly.
5. It causes little damage to the surface of materials and can be used for drying fragile materials. Even when the material particles are irregular, it does not affect the working effect.
6. It adopts a fully enclosed structure, effectively preventing cross-infection between materials and outside air, ensuring a clean working environment.
Scope of application
Fluidized bed dryers are suitable for drying, cooling and humidification operations of various granular materials, crystals and powder-particle mixtures.
Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablets and granules, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone and various additives, etc.
2. Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, granular chicken essence, slag, broad bean paste seeds, etc.
