Horizontal helical ribbon mixer for ceramic materials
Working principle
The outer helical ribbon is wound in a coiling form in combination with the rotation direction, pushing the material from both ends to the middle, while the inner helical ribbon pushes the material from the middle to both ends, forming convective mixing. The material is mixed evenly in a relatively short time. The equipment is applied to dry powder, granules, liquids and low-viscosity slurries.

Product Features
1. Bottom discharge method of the mixer: For powder materials, a pneumatic large door structure is adopted, which features fast discharge and no residue. For high-fineness materials or semi-fluid materials, manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are adopted. Manual butterfly valves are economical and practical, while pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing performance for semi-fluids, but their cost is higher than that of manual butterfly valves.
2. In situations where heating or cooling is required, a jacket can be configured.
3. There are two heating methods available: electric heating and heat transfer oil heating. Electric heating is convenient, but it has a slow heating rate and high energy consumption. Heat transfer oil heating requires the configuration of an oil pan, oil transfer power and pipelines, which involves a large investment. However, it heats up quickly and has relatively low energy consumption.
4. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket. The jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed.
5. The motor and the stirring main shaft are directly connected through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, featuring a simple structure, high operational reliability and convenient maintenance.

Product application
It is applied to the mixing of solid-solid (i.e., powder and powder) and solid-slurry (i.e., powder and gel slurry) in pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, animal husbandry, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc. It is particularly suitable for the mixing of viscous materials.
