Centrifugal spray dryer for coffee extract
Working principle
The coffee extract centrifugal spray dryer is a device where air passes through a filter and a heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer. The hot air spirally and evenly enters the dryer. The material liquid is pumped from the material liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer, where it is sprayed into extremely small mist droplets. The material liquid and hot air flow in parallel and come into contact, and the water evaporates rapidly. The material is dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan. Users can select the heating method and the dust collection and removal methods according to the actual situation.

It features a large color touch screen operation, combining fully automatic control with manual control. It has both Chinese and English panels, and parameters are displayed on the LCD screen

3. The spray, drying and collection devices are made of transparent high-quality high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass. The entire spray drying experiment process is visible, which is convenient for controlling the experiment process and promptly identifying and adjusting problems
4. The atomization structure of the two-fluid spray is made of high-precision 316 stainless steel. The particle size of the sprayed powder follows a normal distribution and has good fluidity
5. The jet injector is automatically unclogged (with a needle) and the frequency is adjustable. When the nozzle is clogged, it will be automatically cleared to ensure the continuity of the experiment
6. The feed volume can be adjusted by the feed peristaltic pump, with a minimum sample experimental volume of 30ml
7. It has a protection function. If the fan does not start, the heater cannot start

Application scope

Because the material sprayed out is only exposed to high temperature when it is sprayed into a mist and the heating is instantaneous, these active materials still maintain their active components unchanged after drying.
