Metal ion vacuum paddle dryer
Working principle
In the metal ion vacuum paddle dryer, the object to be dried is added from the middle of the top of the shell. Under the continuous forward and reverse rotation of the paddle teeth, the material moves back and forth along the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed. It is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the paddle teeth and the crushing by the crushing rods make the moisture on the surface of the material more effectively discharged. The vaporized water passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector and a condenser, and is discharged from the outlet of the vacuum pump. The rake dryer is suitable for materials with a mesh size of 100 or less, pigments, mud-like materials, soda ash detergents, alkali stone starch, dyes and pigments, clay ash, etc.
The simultaneous heating method of interlayer and internal stirring is adopted, which has a large heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. It is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. The materials to be dried can be in the form of paste, ointment, granular, powder or fiber, and have been widely applied in the production process of solid sodium chloride. Stirring is set up to form a continuous circulation state of the materials in the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of heating of the materials.
Scope of application
1. Granular medicines: The paddle dryer can be used to dry various granular medicines, such as Chinese medicinal materials and chemical drugs.
2. Powdered Food: The paddle dryer is suitable for drying various powdered foods, such as milk powder, baby food, health products, etc.
3. Chemical products: For instance, various granular plastics, rubbers, resins and other chemical products can be dried using paddle dryers.
4. Mineral powders: Granular mineral powders such as limestone powder, gypsum powder, and diatomite can be dried by paddle dryers.
5. Agricultural products: For instance, granular fertilizers, seeds, feeds and other agricultural products can be dried by paddle dryers.
6. Ceramic raw materials: The paddle dryer can be used to dry ceramic raw materials, such as ceramic powder, ceramic sand, etc.
After being processed by the rake dryer, these materials can better maintain the particle shape and effectively reduce the pulverization and deformation of the particles. The rake dryer turns and disperses the material through the interaction between the roller and the rake teeth, thereby enhancing the uniformity and stability of the material particles. In addition, the rake dryer has the advantages of fast drying speed, high thermal efficiency and simple operation. Therefore, it has been widely used in the drying process of many materials where the particle shape needs to be maintained.
Product Features
(1) Strong adaptability and wide application: As the paddle vacuum dryer uses jacket heating and high vacuum exhaust, it is almost suitable for all materials of different properties and states, especially for the drying of explosive, easily oxidized and paste-like materials.
(2) Good product quality: During the drying process, the rake teeth constantly rotate forward and backward, stirring the material to be dried evenly. This prevents the material from overheating and makes it easy for moisture to escape, resulting in a low-temperature product. Due to the fine particle size of the product, it can be packaged without being crushed.
(3) Low steam consumption: As vacuum paddle dryers mostly introduce steam into the jacket to heat the materials by latent heat, the amount of steam consumed for processing each kilogram of finished product is relatively small, generally ranging from 1.3 to 1.8 kilograms.
(4) According to the different characteristics and requirements of the dried materials, the sealing system of the dryer can be selected from two types: packing seal and mechanical seal. The special design ensures the sealing performance and service life.
(5) Easy to operate: The vacuum paddle dryer is convenient to operate, requires few staff, and has a low labor intensity. Due to the reduction of material leakage loss, the environmental hygiene has been improved.
