Working principle
The working principle of the pharmaceutical powder pressure spray dryer is that the liquid material is sprayed into the atomizer at high pressure by a high-pressure pump to form tiny mist-like droplets, which come into direct contact with hot air for heat exchange, thus achieving rapid drying. The specific process is as follows:
Atomization process : The liquid material is pressurized by a high-pressure pump and then enters the atomizer to be atomized into tiny mist droplets. The surface area of these droplets increases significantly, thereby increasing the contact area with hot air .
Drying process : The mist-like droplets descend in parallel with hot air, and the moisture on the surface of the droplets evaporates rapidly, completing the drying process. Most of the powder is collected from the bottom discharge opening of the tower, exhaust gas and fine powder are separated by cyclone separator, exhaust gas is discharged by exhaust fan, powder is collected by pollinator .
Equipment structure : The tower, pipes, separators and other components of the pressure spray dryer are made of stainless steel to ensure the corrosion resistance and service life of the equipment. The equipment has insulation layer inside, filled with superfine glass wool to ensure thermal efficiency .

Performance characteristics
The drying speed is fast. After the material liquid is atomized, its surface area increases significantly. In the hot air flow, 95% to 98% of the moisture can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only takes tens of seconds to several tens of seconds. It is particularly suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high purity and good quality.
It has a wide range of applications. Depending on the characteristics of the materials, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, and has strong adaptability to materials.
