Rubber high-speed mixer
Working principle
The rubber high-speed mixer is directly driven by an electric motor through a pulley and a reducer to rotate the main shaft. The specially shaped rotating blades installed on the main shaft rotate along with it. Under the action of centrifugal force, the materials rise along the conical wall of the fixed mixing tank and are in a rotational motion state, forming a kind of cyclone motion. It is easy to mix materials of different densities evenly in a short time. The mixing efficiency is more than twice as high as that of ordinary mixers. All the raw materials and binders involved in the mixing are fed into the upper feeding port, and the mixed materials are discharged from the side discharge port of the mixing tank. To meet the mixing requirements of certain materials, this equipment is equipped with an insulation cover, which can cool, heat and keep the materials warm.

Characteristics
High-speed rotation: By using a high-speed rotating mixing barrel and blades, materials can be thoroughly mixed quickly, significantly reducing the mixing time and enhancing production efficiency.
2. Uniform mixing: The blades inside the mixing bucket are well designed to ensure that various materials are fully sheared and rubbed during the mixing process, thus achieving uniform mixing.
3. Automatic control and safety protection: It is equipped with an automatic control system that can achieve automatic control and monitoring of the mixing process. Meanwhile, this equipment is also equipped with multiple safety protection devices, such as over-temperature, overload, and power-off protection devices, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
Application scope
It is particularly suitable for efficient and uniform mixing of solid-liquid, solid-powder, powder-powder and powder-liquid. Discharge valve: Ball valve, butterfly valve and gate valve are available for selection
The products are widely used in fine chemicals, feed, electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, biology, medicine, non-metallic mining, building materials, coatings industry, dyes, fertilizers and metal powders for better mixing. For shear-sensitive crystalline powders, batch product mixing, and blending liquids into solids.
