Wheat starch fluidized bed granulator
Working principle
The wheat starch fluidized bed granulator works by heating air through a heat exchanger to form hot air, which is then distributed into the main machine through a valve plate. Wet materials enter the dryer from the feeder. Due to the effect of air pressure, the materials form a boiling state inside the dryer and come into extensive contact with the hot air, thus completing the drying of the materials in a relatively short time.
Product Features
1. Closed negative pressure operation, with the airflow filtered through. It is easy to operate and clean, and is an ideal equipment that meets the requirements of "GMP".
2. The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform. The drying time for each batch is 20 to 30 minutes.
3. The hopper is equipped with a stirring device to prevent the agglomeration of damp materials and the formation of channel flow during drying.
4. The granulation is discharged by tilting, which is convenient and fast. An automatic feeding and discharging system can also be designed as required.
5. The fluidized bed is of a circular structure to avoid dead corners.
6. This machine can also be designed and manufactured for automatic feeding and discharging as required.
