Working principle
The V-type mixer for antibiotic intermediates can be used for the mixing of dry powder and granular materials in food. The V-shaped structure of the mixing cylinder of this machine ensures uniform mixing, high efficiency and no material accumulation. The whole machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate. The outer surface and the parts in contact with materials are all made of high-quality stainless steel, with an elegant appearance and convenient maintenance and cleaning.
One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and then the reducer transmits it to the V-shaped barrel through a coupling. Make the V-shaped barrel operate continuously, driving the materials inside the barrel to mix up, down, left and right.
Product Features
The mixture is uniform. The materials flow crisscross in two asymmetrical barrels, ensuring a good degree of uniformity in the mixture.
It is convenient to use and can be fed by a vacuum feeder. There is no transmission device inside the barrel and it operates in a sealed state.
The timing function: This device is equipped with a timing switch, allowing for the setting of the mixing time.
The equipment is excellent. The V-shaped mixing cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel both inside and outside, with mirror polishing. It has a beautiful appearance and is easy to clean.
Purpose
It is suitable for the mixing of powder and granular materials with good fluidity and small physical property differences, as well as materials with low requirements for mixing degree but short mixing time. Due to the smooth flow of materials in the V-shaped mixing container, the original shape of the materials will not be damaged. Therefore, the V-shaped mixer is also suitable for the mixing of granular materials that are easy to break and wear. It is used for mixing finer powder, block materials and materials containing a certain amount of moisture, and is widely applied in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
