Two-dimensional motion mixer for granular powder
Working principle
The two-dimensional motion mixer for granular powder is composed of three major parts: the rotating drum, the swinging frame and the frame. The drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the transmission wheels are driven by the rotating power system to make the drum rotate. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing mechanism, which is installed on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by a bearing assembly, enabling the rotating drum to rotate while also participating in the swing, thus ensuring thorough mixing of the materials inside the drum.

Characteristics
1. The second rotation adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer or worm gear reducer. Compared with traditional mixers, it does not accumulate materials at the bottom, causes no pollution, and is easy to clean, truly meeting GMP requirements.
During operation, under the dual action of the rotating mechanism and the swinging mechanism, the barrel filled with materials rotates while also swinging, thus ensuring thorough mixing of the materials inside the barrel.
3. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic vacuum feeder and interface, which facilitates feeding and shortens operation time. High efficiency and low cost.
4. Two-dimensional motion mixer: Simple structure, low failure rate, stable operation, safe operation, noise-free, easy to clean, and in compliance with GMP requirements.
5. It is much smaller in volume than the normal standard, occupies less space, and has powerful functions.

Application
It is widely used for the mixing of powder and granular materials. It features rapid mixing, large mixing volume and convenient discharge.
