Introduction of rotating platform fiber laser cutting machine
Laser cutting automatic rotating machine: including coil material rack, leveling device, laser machine bed, material receiving platform, automatic blade rotating assembly;
Working principle: the first feeding coil material is leveled by the leveling machine and then enters the laser cutting platform for cutting. After the cutting is completed, the leveling machine automatically feeds the material, and the rotating platform automatically transports the cut parts to the receiving platform. After the leveling machine feeds the material, the system runs to cut the second layout drawing material, and at the same time, the numbering and collection of the first material can be carried out. This reciprocating work greatly improves the overall processing speed and efficiency.
Comparison between rotary platform laser cutting machine and ordinary laser cutting machine

Machine tool workbench

Cooling method
Professional-grade water cooling system can achieve dual temperature and dual control. Two water circuits cool two core positions respectively. The temperature of the refrigeration unit is displayed in a digital meter. When the water temperature exceeds the specified temperature, the refrigeration unit will automatically cool. When the water temperature is lower than the specified temperature, the refrigeration unit will automatically stop cooling.
