The WOS-300 Precision Welding Oscillator is a versatile welding auxiliary device, functioning as an "efficiency multiplier" to enhance welding productivity. Its working principle involves PLC-controlled pulse signals driving a stepper motor, which in turn moves the ball screw to achieve precise welding torch oscillation along the weld seam. This effectively increases weld width, improves edge formation of the molten pool, eliminates undercut defects, and ensures clean weld surfaces—delivering the results of multiple passes in a single weld, significantly boosting production efficiency. The "linear oscillation" type is particularly suitable for wide weld seams and cover passes.
Currently, it is widely used in industries such as shipbuilding, pressure vessels, pipelines, large steel structures, aerospace, and automotive manufacturing. The product is compatible with MIG/MAG (gas-shielded welding), TIG (argon arc welding), PAW (plasma arc welding) torches, and SAW (submerged arc welding) wire oscillation.

6.Adaptive Welding Modes: For medium/thick plate welding, the device automatically applies corresponding oscillation parameters for "root pass," "filler pass," and "cover pass" welding, ensuring continuous and stable performance throughout the process—significantly improving overall weld quality.
Operating Environment:
The product should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, dust, and exposure to gases, vapors, chemical deposits, mold, or other explosive/corrosive substances. It should also be kept clear of environments with excessive vibration or jolting.
Delivery Time:The delivery time for our machines is approximately 30 days, and they can also be customized according to customer requirements.
After-Sales Service Terms:
The machine comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding wear-and-tear parts), and lifetime technical support is provided. During the warranty period, the buyer must perform regular inspections and maintenance as outlined in the user manual or the seller's self-check requirements. If any issues arise (excluding wear-and-tear parts or programming-related problems), the seller will respond within 2 hours. However, the warranty does not cover problems caused by tooling or workpieces. If on-site debugging or after-sales assistance is required, the seller may charge a fee, and the buyer shall cover all travel and accommodation expenses.
