Performance and Structural Features:
This manipulator is directly used for flat plate welding, butt welds, and longitudinal seams inside and outside cylindrical shells. It can also be equipped with a turning roll for circumferential seams inside and outside cylindrical shells or a positioner for welding different shapes and positions.

The main body features a box-type welded structure, which undergoes stress-relief treatment after welding and is then precision-machined. The guide rail surfaces are ground by precision grinding machines to ensure accuracy and smooth movement.

The beam is equipped with precision-ground racks to ensure flexible and smooth extension/retraction.

Beam extension/retraction: AC motor with variable frequency speed control, providing high torque output and quick start-stop response.

Beam lifting: Constant-speed operation, ensuring stable and reliable vertical movement.

The carriage travel offers manual and motorized options:

Manual: Suitable for lightweight manipulators or applications with limited movement range.

Motorized: Ideal for heavy-duty manipulators or larger working ranges.

The column’s slewing bearing uses German-made HRS~,K with integrated high-precision gears, delivering smooth rotation, safety, and reliability.

Heavy-duty models include an operator platform for easy adjustment and control.
A handheld remote control box enables long-distance operation.

Delivery Time:The delivery time for our machines is approximately 30 days, and they can also be customized according to customer requirements.

After-Sales Service Terms:
The machine comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding wear-and-tear parts), and lifetime technical support is provided. During the warranty period, the buyer must perform regular inspections and maintenance as outlined in the user manual or the seller's self-check requirements. If any issues arise (excluding wear-and-tear parts or programming-related problems), the seller will respond within 2 hours. However, the warranty does not cover problems caused by tooling or workpieces. If on-site debugging or after-sales assistance is required, the seller may charge a fee, and the buyer shall cover all travel and accommodation expenses.
