Product characteristics 1. Discharge method at the bottom of the mixer: Powder materials adopt pneumatic large-door structure, which has the advantages of fast discharge and no residue; manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves are used for high-fineness materials or semi-fluid materials. Manual butterfly valves are economical and applicable. Pneumatic butterfly valves have good sealing properties for semi-fluids, but the cost is higher than that of manual butterfly valves.
2. Jacket can be configured when heating or cooling is needed.

There are two heating methods: electric heating and heat transfer oil heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is slow and the energy consumption is high; heat transfer oil heating requires the configuration of oil pan, oil guide power and pipelines, and the investment is large, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is low.
4. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket. The jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed.
5. The motor and the mixing spindle are directly connected through a cycloidal pin-wheel reducer, which has simple structure, high operation reliability and convenient maintenance.
The product is applied to the mixing of solid-solid (i.e. powder and powder) solid-slurry (i.e. powder and gel slurry) of pesticides, veterinary drugs, food, chemicals, biology, breeding, ceramics, refractory materials, plastics, compound fertilizers, etc., and is also especially suitable for the mixing of viscous materials.
