Working principle of vertical high-speed feed mixer The vertical high-speed feed mixer directly drives the main shaft to rotate through a belt pulley and a reduction box. Rotating blades with special shapes installed on the main shaft rotate accordingly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material rises along the conical wall of the fixed mixing tank and is in a state of reverse rotation, forming a swirling motion. Materials of different densities are easy to mix evenly in a short time, and the mixing efficiency is more than twice that of ordinary mixers.
The various raw materials and binders involved in the mixing are put in from the upper feeding port, and the mixed materials are discharged from the side discharge port of the mixing tank. In order to adapt to the mixing requirements of certain materials, the equipment is equipped with insulation sleeves that can cool, heat and insulate materials.

For shear-sensitive crystal powders, batch products are mixed, and the liquid is mixed into the solid.
