Working principle of grain nut vibrating fluidized bed dryer The grain nut vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a very successful modified fluidized bed. It is a fluidized bed supported on a set of springs and is powered by an exciting motor.
Bulk materials put into the dryer are thrown towards the outlet end by exciting force on the perforated plate and are transported towards the outlet VI end. Hot air is blown in from under the perforated plate, passes through the material layer, transfers heat to the material, and carries the evaporated moisture from the material out of the exhaust port, thereby drying the material. Since the material is in motion under the action of mechanical vibration in the vibrating fluidized bed, dynamic drying can be achieved only by blowing a suitable amount of hot air, so the thermal efficiency is high and the material is dried evenly.
Feature 1. The object is evenly heated, the heat exchange is sufficient, and the drying intensity is high.
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which has balanced operation and convenient maintenance.
3. The fluidization is uniform, without dead spaces and blow-through phenomena, and uniformly dried, cooled and humidified products can be obtained.
4. Good adjustability, suitable for wide area, stepless adjustment can be achieved in the thickness of the material layer, moving speed in the machine and full amplitude changes.
5. It has little damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials. When the material particles are irregular, it will not affect the working effect.
6. The fully enclosed structure is adopted to effectively prevent cross-infection between materials and external air, and the working environment is clean.
Application Range Fluidized bed dryer is suitable for drying, cooling and humidifying operations of various particulate materials, crystals and powder mixtures.
1. Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tableting particles, various additives such as boric acid, borax, and hydroquinone.
2. Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, salt, granular chicken essence, slag, watercress seeds, etc.
