The pulse bag dust remover for flue gas treatment in coking plants consists of an ash hopper, an upper box, a middle box, a lower box, etc. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. structure.During work, dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet duct, coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, and fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upwards with the turning of the air flow. The dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean air manifold-exhaust duct, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The ash cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the room, so that the cloth bag of the room is in a state where no air flow passes through (the air is stopped in each room to clean ash). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to carry out pulse blowing to clean dust. The closing time of the shut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust peeled from the filter bag after blowing settles into the dust hopper, avoiding the dust from separating from the surface of the filter bag and then attaching to the surface of adjacent filter bags with the air flow, so that the filter bag is cleaned clean. The exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash unloading valve are fully automatically controlled by a programmable controller.

1. The keel of the filter bag is polygonal, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and facilitates bag unloading.

4. The upper bag extraction method is adopted. After the skeleton is extracted during bag change, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operating conditions for bag change.

5. The box body adopts air-tight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials. During the production process, kerosene is used to leak detection, and the air leakage rate is very low.

6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compact and have small air flow resistance.
