Working principle of the carbohydrate centrifugal spray dryer
The carbohydrate centrifugal spray dryer uses air to pass through the filter and heater into the air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer. The hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape.
The feed liquid is pumped from the feed liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer, so that the feed liquid is sprayed into extremely small mist droplets. The feed liquid and hot air come into parallel flow contact, and the water quickly evaporates. In a very short time, it is dried into a finished product. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the fan. Users can select heating methods and dust collection and dust removal methods according to actual conditions.
