Working principle of jam pressure spray dryer
The
air is filtered and heated, and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is sprayed (rotated) into extremely fine mist liquid beads through a high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and can be dried into finished products in a very short time when it comes into parallel contact with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is evacuated by the induced draft fan.
Scope of application
chemical industry: catalysts, resins, synthetic washing powders, oils, ammonium sulfate, dyes, dye intermediates, white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate, etc.
Pharmaceuticals: proprietary Chinese medicines, pesticides, antibiotics, pharmaceutical granules, etc.
Food: amino acids and analogues, seasonings, protein, starch, dairy products, coffee extracts, fish meal, meat essence, etc.
Ceramics: magnesium oxide, porcelain clay, various metal oxides, dolomite, etc.
Spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acids, paraffin wax, glyceride, tallow, etc.
Spray granulation: various fertilizers, alumina, ceramic powder, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals and superhard steel, chemical fertilizers, granular washing powder, proprietary Chinese medicines.
Spray crystallization, spray concentration, spray reaction and other aspects are often used.
Performance characteristics The
drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time only takes ten seconds to tens of seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
All products are spherical particles with uniform particle size, good fluidity, good solubility, high product purity and good quality.
The operation is simple and stable, the control is convenient, and automated operations are easy to realize.
It has a wide range of use. According to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried by hot air or granulated by cold air, which has strong adaptability to the material.
