Fiber material Vacuum rake dryer The dried object is added from the top and middle of the shell. Under the stirring of the continuously rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth axially, and the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, so that the moisture on the surface of the material can be discharged more favorably. The vaporized water passes through a dry dust remover, a wet dust remover, and a condenser, and is vented from the vacuum pump outlet. Suitable materials for rake dryer: materials below 100 mesh, pigments, mud-like materials, soda ash detergent, alkali stone starch, dye pigments, clay ash, etc.
The simultaneous heating method of interlayer and internal stirring is adopted, which has a large heat transfer area and high thermal efficiency. Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. The materials to be dried are in the form of slurry, paste, granular, powder or fiber, and are widely used in the production process of solid sodium alcohol. Stir is set to form a continuous circulation state of the material in the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of heating of the material.
Scope of application
1. Granular drugs: Rake dryer can be used to dry various granular drugs, such as traditional Chinese medicinal materials, chemical drugs, etc.
2. Powder food: Rake dryer is suitable for drying various powder foods, such as milk powder, baby food, health care products, etc.
3. Chemical products: For example, various chemical products such as granular plastics, rubber, and resins can be dried using a rake dryer.
4. Mineral powders: Granular mineral powders such as limestone powder, gypsum powder, and diatomite can be dried by a rake dryer.

After being processed by a rake dryer, these materials can better maintain the shape of the particles and effectively reduce the pulverization and deformation of the particles. Product characteristics
(1) Strong adaptability and wide application. Since the rake vacuum dryer uses jacket heating and high vacuum exhaust, it is suitable for almost all materials of different properties and different states, especially suitable for explosive, easily oxidized, and paste drying.
(2) Good product quality Because during the drying process, the rake teeth continue to rotate forward and backward, and the dried material is evenly stirred to avoid overheating of the material, moisture can easily escape, and the shell gets a low-temperature product. Due to the fine particle size of the product, it can be packaged without crushing.
(3) Small steam consumption Since vacuum rake dryers often use steam to pass into the jacket and use latent heat to heat materials, the amount of steam per kilogram of finished products is small, generally 1.3- 1.8 kg of steam.
(4) According to the different characteristics and requirements of dried materials, the sealing system of the dryer can choose between filler sealing and mechanical sealing. The special design ensures sealing performance and service life.
(5) Easy to operate, the vacuum rake dryer is easy to operate, has less staff and low labor intensity. Environmental sanitation is improved due to reduced material escape losses.
