Working principle of the catalyst multilayer belt dryer
The material in the hopper of the catalyst multilayer belt dryer is evenly spread on the stainless steel wire mesh by the feeder, and the transmission motor drives the mesh belt to move at a uniform speed in the drying box. The drying section consists of several units. Hot air circulates horizontally in two (or several) units. Fresh air enters by a fan and is heated by a heat exchanger. The hot air passes through the material layer to exchange heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit. The cooled hot air is then heated again by the heat exchanger. The hot air penetrates the mesh belt and exchanges heat with the material again. The hot and humid air is discharged by the moisture removal fan to complete the drying. The number of units of each dryer can be based on the characteristics of the material. Product characteristics
1. The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve drying effect;
2. The equipment configuration is flexible, and the mesh belt washing system and material cooling system can be used;
3. Most of the air is recycled, which greatly saves energy;
4. The special air distribution device makes the hot air distribution more even and ensures consistency of product quality;
5. The heat source can be steam, heat transfer oil, electricity or coal-fired (oil) hot blast stove.
Application field
It is used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good air permeability. It is especially suitable for materials with high moisture content such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine pieces but the material temperature is not allowed to be high; this series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. For paste-like materials of dehydrated filter cakes, they can also be dried after being granulated or made into sticks. Such as: dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, mashed coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, propylene fiber, medicines, medicinal materials, small wood products, plastic products, aging and curing of electronic components, etc.
