3.working principle
MC-8342 Ultrasonic Hole Forming Quality Detector is a special intelligent equipment for testing the quality of holes and grooves based on the principle of ultrasonic reflection. The system consists of a host, a probe, a winch, a touch display terminal, etc. During the lowering process, the probe tests at constant speed according to the set steps. Each test point automatically tests and records two section data in the shape of "+" at the same time. The four sets of transmitting and receiving transducers on the probe automatically transmit ultrasonic signals and receive signals reflected by the hole wall. The arrival time of the reflected signals reflects the size of the aperture, and the signal intensity reflects the characteristics of the hole wall. The hole diameter/groove width, hole/groove depth, and verticality of the hole/groove can be calculated, and the sediment thickness in the hole can be indirectly calculated.
4.system characteristics
1.& nbsp; The system uses high-strength steel wires for probe guidance and lifting, and the original adaptive asynchronous cable retracting and retracting system effectively protects signal cables and reduces the volume of the winch;
2.& nbsp; The winch is the first in China to use lithium battery power supply and external 220V ground wire protection power supply. It can adapt to various construction site environments and facilitate on-site testing;
3.& nbsp; The system winch is extremely small in the industry and can be easily loaded in the trunk of an ordinary family car. The original drawer tray type self-locking device has a probe locking function, which can well protect and fix the test probe, effectively reduce the transportation and testing conditions of the system, and bring great convenience to the testing process;
4.& nbsp; Adopt a unique signal processing method to solve the interference of the complex electromagnetic environment on the site on the signal and ensure the stability, reliability and accuracy of the on-site test signal;
5.& nbsp; Ultrasound probes have small blind spots, high power and strong adaptability. Probe * has a small detection aperture (slot width) of 300mm, * a large detection aperture (slot width) of 11000mm, * a large mud specific gravity can reach 1.4 g/cm3, suitable for testing holes and grooves in almost all projects;
6.& nbsp; The system is highly intelligent, automatically lifting and lowering the probe during the test process, and displays the waveform diagram and hole shape diagram in real time (including the depth value of each measuring point, the measured sound value, the distance between the probe and the hole wall, and the measuring point position aperture value, offset value and verticality). Print results can be directly output after on-site collection;
7.& nbsp; The system has a self-calibration function that automatically calibrates the test system according to the orifice aperture value or notch width value to ensure accurate and reliable test results;
