This 630-ton frame hydraulic pressIt is a hydroforming equipment specially designed for container manufacturing, metal sheet processing and other fields. It is mainly used for bending forming, correcting, crimping, punching and auxiliary forming and other processes of large plates such as container side plates, roof plates, and bottom plates.

Its nominal pressure of 630 tons can meet the processing needs of * conventional container plates, taking into account efficiency and accuracy.

main function
Bending forming: Pressing flat plates into specific shapes such as container side plates (such as C-shaped and U-shaped grooves) and top plate arcs;
Correction (leveling): Repair local depressions and wave-shaped deformation of the plate caused by transportation, stamping or cutting;
Pressing ribs/reinforcement: Pressing reinforcing ribs (such as container floor) on the surface of the plate to improve structural strength;
Auxiliary forming: Use the die to complete simple punching and corner cutting (optional special mold is required).
