The 1200-ton composite hot press is Large-tonnage dedicated equipment designed for high-performance composite material molding needs , mainly used in the molding process of carbon fiber reinforced composite materials, glass fiber reinforced plastics, resin matrix composite materials, etc.

Its core role is to promote cross-linking and curing of the resin matrix in the composite material through high temperature (usually 120 - 300℃) and high pressure (1200 tons ≈12,000kN) environment, and at the same time discharge volatile components, * finally obtaining products with high strength and high size precision.

Match high tonnage and large stroke: 1200 tons of pressure can press composite products with a thickness of 5 to 30mm, while long stroke (300 to 600mm) meets the mold loading requirements of large molds (such as mold height of 2m). nbsp;

High-temperature and high-pressure collaborative control: Programming through the "temperature-pressure-time" three-curve to ensure that the resin is fully crosslinked and the product strength meets the standard (the tensile strength of carbon fiber composite materials is ≥2000MPa).​​

High precision and stability: rigid fuselage design + four-pillar guidance ensures the verticality of hot plate movement and product size accuracy (suitable for * structural parts); temperature control accuracy ±2℃ to avoid local over-curing or under-curing.

Efficient automation compatibility: optional vacuum system, automatic feeder and online monitoring (such as infrared temperature measurement, pressure sensor) can be used to realize the automation of the entire process of "feeding-mold closing-heating-pressurizing-cooling-mold opening", and production efficiency Increase by 30% to 50%.

Wind power industry: Mold molding of wind power blade beam caps and webs;
