working principle

Streptomycin centrifugal spray dryer The air passes through the filter and heater and enters the air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer. The hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is pumped from the feed liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer, so that the feed liquid is sprayed into extremely small mist droplets. The feed liquid and hot air come into parallel flow contact, and the water quickly evaporates. In a very short time, it is dried into a finished product. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the fan. Users can select heating methods and dust collection and dust removal methods according to actual conditions.

4. The atomization structure of the two-fluid spray is made of high-precision 316 stainless steel. The particle diameter of the spray powder is normally distributed and has good fluidity.

5. The jet is automatically unblocked (through the needle) and the frequency is adjustable. When the nozzle is blocked, it will automatically clear to ensure the continuity of the experiment.

6. The feed amount can be adjusted by a feed peristaltic pump, with a minimum sample experimental volume of 30ml

7. It has a protective function. The fan cannot be started and the heater cannot be started.

8. Built-in imported oil-free air compressor with noise less than 50db

9. Equipped with an air inlet filter to ensure purity of the sample

10. The dried product has uniform granularity, and more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same granularity range

It is suitable for the production of micro-particulate powders in universities, research institutes and laboratories of food, pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises. It has wide applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions. It is suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive substances such as biological products, biopesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. Because the sprayed materials are only exposed to high temperatures and are heated instantaneously when sprayed into a mist, these active materials still maintain their active ingredients unchanged after drying.
