These droplets directly contact the hot air and exchange heat, thereby achieving rapid drying. The specific process is as follows:
Atomization process The surface area of these droplets is greatly increased, thereby increasing the contact area with hot air.
Drying process Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its tiny powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The waste gas is discharged by an exhaust fan, and the powder is collected by a pollination cylinder.
Equipment structure There is an insulation layer inside the equipment, and the filling material is ultra-fine glass wool to ensure thermal efficiency.

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased after being atomized. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time only takes ten to tens of seconds, which is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
