working principle

Wet materials are continuously added from the feeder to the first drying tray in the upper part of the dryer, and the rake arm with rake blades makes a rotary motion to make the rake blades continuously turn over the materials. The material flows along the surface of the drying pan along an exponential spiral. The material on the small drying pan is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying pan below. On the large drying pan, the material moves inward and falls from the middle. The material inlet falls into the next small drying pan. Large and small drying trays are arranged alternately up and down so that the material can flow continuously through the entire dryer. Heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying plate. The heating medium takes the form of saturated steam, hot water, heat transfer oil and high-temperature molten salt. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying plate and is led out from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of drying pan to the collecting pan, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake blades for discharge. Wet content overflows from the material and is discharged through the moisture discharge port arranged on the top cover. The wet content of the vacuum type tray dryer is extracted through the vacuum port arranged on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly. By adding auxiliary machines such as finned heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filters, pre-dryers, and induced draft fans, its drying production capacity can be improved. Paste paste and heat-sensitive materials can be dried, and solvents can be easily recovered. It can carry out heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis and reaction operations.

characteristics

(1) Easy regulation and strong applicability
By adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the speed of the main shaft, the number of harrow arms, and the type and size of harrow blades, the drying process can reach an ideal state.
Each layer of drying pan can be heated or cooled separately by introducing hot medium or cold medium, and the material temperature can be controlled accurately and easily.
The residence time of the material can be adjusted.
The flow direction of the material is single, there is no back-mixing phenomenon, and the drying is uniform, the quality is stable, and there is no need to mix again.
(2) Simple and easy operation
Driving and stopping the dryer is very simple.
After the feeding is stopped, the raking blades that convey the material can quickly empty the material in the dryer.
Through the special large inspection door mirror, you can carefully clean and observe the inside of the equipment.
(3) Low energy consumption
The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, the material conveying system requires less power and less power consumption.
Drying is carried out with conductive heat, with high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
(4) Good operating environment, recyclable solvents, and dust emissions meet requirements
Atmospheric pressure type: Due to the low air flow speed in the equipment and the low humidity distribution in the equipment, it is difficult for dust to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top moisture outlet contains al* no dust.
Closed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can easily recover organic solvents in hygroscopic gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and has a high recovery rate. For flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidizable materials, nitrogen can be used as a moisture-carrying gas for closed-loop circulation to make it safe to operate. Especially suitable for flammable, explosive and toxic materials drying.
Vacuum type: Tray dryer operated under vacuum, especially for drying heat-sensitive materials.
(5) Easy installation and small floor area
The entire dryer is shipped out of the factory and transported as a whole. It only needs to be hoisted in place, and the installation and positioning are very easy.
Due to the layer-type layout and vertical installation of the drying plate, even if the drying area is large, the floor area is also small.
