working principle

The high-speed wet mixing granulator for Chinese patent medicines uses wet granulation method to mix the material evenly with the binder and wetting agent, and then uses a high-speed rotating blade to shear, impact and squeeze the material to form a granular product. At the same time, during the wet granulation process, the uniformity and stability of the granules can be improved because the material and binder are fully mixed.

2. Fluidized granulation, the granulation is approximately spherical and has good fluidity.
