1.The 5X series vibrating screen is a multi-layer circular motion screen. The Circular Motion Vibrating Sieve features an integrated frame structure with excellent rigidity and is equipped with wear-resistant polyurethane materials at multiple contact points. The design incorporates a tubular vibrator and adjustable eccentric shaft (block) mechanism, supported by a four-bearing system for enhanced load capacity. 

2.Circular Motion Vibrating Screen features include a robust structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, durability, ease of maintenance, and safe operation. Circular Shaker Screen is equipped with a variable frequency braking system to avoid resonance, ensuring smooth and stable start-up and shutdown.

2013

Founded: In the initial phase,10 employees began operations in a 100m³ office space, adopting a business model centered on product design and sales agency. This marked the beginning of an ambitious journey filled with both challenges and opportunities.

2014

First Equipment Launch:  By the end of 2014, launched the first ZSL80 artificial sand making plant and successfully applied in Jiurishan Concrete Company, Quanzhou. As of March 2025, this facility had produced a total of 2.2 million tons of manufactured sand.

2016

Factory Establishment:  1.Completing the construction of a 10,000m² production base. 2.Employees expanded to over 100. 3.Developed and manufactured the ZSL and ZSZ series dry-process sand-making plant.

2017

Steady Growth: 1.Recognised as Fujian High-Tech Enterprise and the most influential enterprises in the pre-mixed mortar industry. 2.Developed DS series dry-process sand-making equipment 3.Secured first authorized invention patent for "sand and gravel production system."
