The equipment configuration of the entire STON line consists of the following parts: material rack, loading trolley, leveling feeder, laser cutting machine, intelligent flexible bending center, automatic loading and unloading device, etc.

1. The material rack realizes the orderly storage of various raw materials such as metal plates and coils. It not only ensures that the materials are not damaged during the storage process, but also monitors the material inventory status in real time through the intelligent management system. It is estimated that this intelligent management system can increase the efficiency of material inventory inventory by 80%, providing a stable supply of raw materials for subsequent production.​​

2. Relying on its advanced mechanical structure and precise control system, the leveling feeder performs all-round leveling of raw materials, eliminating problems such as wrinkles and deformation during storage and transportation of materials, and making the materials reach an ideal level. state. Whether it is complex geometric shapes or fine part contours, the laser cutting machine can complete the cutting task quickly and accurately, and the cutting surface is smooth and flat, which greatly reduces subsequent processing processes. Compared with traditional cutting methods, the production efficiency is improved by 3 times more.​ 

4. The intelligent flexible bending center breaks the limitations of traditional bending equipment. It integrates advanced automation technology and intelligent control system, and can quickly switch bending molds and process parameters according to different production needs, realizing multi-angle and multi-shape bending of metal materials. The mold switching time is shortened to less than 1 minute, and 150 - 200 bending operations can be completed per hour. Whether it is simple right-angle bending, complex arc and special-shaped bending, it can be easily handled, greatly improving the production line. Flexible production capacity and comprehensive production efficiency are increased by 40% compared with traditional bending equipment.​ 

5. The automatic loading and unloading device is the "intelligent hub" connecting various processing equipment. It adopts advanced robotic technology and visual recognition system to automatically identify the position, shape and state of workpieces and achieve accurate grasping, handling and loading and unloading operations of workpieces. The loading and unloading time of a single workpiece only takes 5 - 8 seconds. 6. (3) After-sales service: At the user's use site, the customer's equipment operators are trained on actual operation and processing, daily equipment maintenance and safe use protection to ensure that users can master the equipment operating procedures and methods as soon as possible, and can independently use the equipment for production and processing; the entire equipment is installed at the user's place. After debugging, the whole machine will enter a one-year warranty period from the training date, and the laser will have a two-year warranty period; During the warranty period, the company will also assign customer service specialists to conduct technical patrols on the user's equipment work site from time to time, carry out irregular routine maintenance and inspection of the equipment, and answer questions raised by users.
