High-viscosity gear pumps are specially designed for conveying, pressurizing and metering high-viscosity liquids. By using special structural materials, setting end face gaps and selecting other options, the pump is suitable for resin, viscose, papermaking, chemical fiber, granulation, plastic film, sheet, plate, profile, pipe, wire drawing, composite extrusion and other production lines.

Installation: Motor installation pressure: 1~120bar (depends on viscosity)
Viscosity: up to 200000Cps Temperature: -18 ￣ 3,000 C (If the temperature exceeds 900C, please explain when selecting the model)

Adhesive industry: two-component A, B adhesives, one-component polyurethane adhesives, silicone sealants, epoxy resins, hot melt adhesives.
Fiber industry: polymers, pigments, resins.
